The W 3 is a powerful, versatile, agile, and very practical industrial vacuum cleaner.
This vacuum cleaner on wheels, equipped with three powerful by-pass motors and an accessory basket, integrates in every industrial sector: Timber/Woodworing, mechanical workshops, food companies, sandblasting, cement factories and surface treatment.
This compact single-phase vacuum cleaner is also available in the version with three 3-stage single-phase motors for the suction of material with high specific weight.
Its small size, the attention to detail in its construction and its practicality make it one of the vacuum cleaners most appreciated by our customers.
For our customers we provide the industrial vacuum cleaner with capacity 65ltr with the option to increase this to 100ltr.
This vacuum cleaner is ideal for cleaning and handling small and medium amounts of dusts and solid material, especially in the Timber/Woodworking, chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and food industry.
Suction unit
The suction is developed by two single-phase motors, by-pass type, with independent switches, protected inside a solid steel motor head, containing sound-absorbing material that minimizes noise during service. The outlet air is directed downwards so as not to disturb the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment. The control panel located on the header includes two independent switches and a clogged filter indicator with warning light, useful to detect possible filter saturation. Two handles placed on the head allow you to lift it easily for any inspection or replacement of the filter below. The header is completed by a convenient cable hook.
The W1 industrial vacuum cleaner is the most compact and ergonomic of its category. Built with industrial components, it weighs less than 20 kg and its dimensions are extremely compact at 40x43x96h, making it easier to handle and more compact than many commercial vacuum cleaners that can be found in large scale distribution.
It is equipped with 1 single-phase motor, an M class Anti-static filter of 8.000cm2 and a large 15lt quick-release container.
