Following various machinery investments in their timber window division Bairds Windows of Newton Stewart decided it was time to upgrade from their old faithful positive pressure extraction systems “Big Dusty and “Wee Dusty” to a top of the range High Efficiency Indusvent Super Blower 90. With some clever design and programming from the Indusvent team Indusvent have managed to give the customer the ability to run any 4 of the 5 suction lines installed, when the machines switch off so does the extraction closing a pneumatic slide damper located close to the filter to ensure no material drops in the main duct due to insufficient transport velocity. This system is installed with Power Pulse cleaning ensuring the antistatic filter media stays cleaner for longer.

All of the above will be monitored using the Indusvent remote monitoring system allowing us to keep an eye on your extraction while you are busy doing what you do best, if we spot anything worth talking about, we will send you a weekly update all free of charge.
